Review:
„Stalked by two men she trusted. Stolen in the dead of night, forced to submit to her captors.
Obsession
College student, Everly Pengram, was trying to turn her life right side up again. Heartbroken, pregnant, and alone in a new town, Everly just wanted a fresh start.
Abducted
Lured by her smile and driven by need, two brothers will stop at nothing to have her. It was supposed to be a simple bank robbery, get in and get out. With one look at her, plans changed. After years of searching, they finally found the perfect woman, and they weren’t going to let her get away.
Enslaved
Ensnared by their strong, gentle hands, they demanded everything from Everly. Taking her freedom and forcing her submission, the two tyrants would stop at nothing until they claimed her heart.
From the author: This is a stand-alone story about a young pregnant woman captured and whisked away by two gorgeous hot men. This contains no MM and is a ménage love story. Full of sweetness wrapped around slightly dark themes (abduction, pregnancy sex, slightly non-consensual). No cheating and of course a happy every after ending as always.“
Oh my god what an wonderfully crazy story. It is completely well written and thought through. It had this wonderful flow to it and I had a hard nearly imposable to put down. A very delicious read. The relationship between Zane, Reid, and Everly is the main focus of the book, so don’t come into this hoping for some good subplot action. And be prepared for plenty of sex (although disappointingly—and understandingly—there is no male/male action). Back to Black is a dirty novel. A very, very dirty novel. The heroine in this book was one I could relate to. She was not a pushover and she fought back. She had to be won by the alpha male heroes. Although she was majorly attracted to them she kept fighting until they all reached a place where they could live happily. I loved the dynamic of all three characters together and it worked well. I loved how they really were meant for eachother and how each ones background laid the foundation for their relationship. I only had one issue and that was that the ending felt a little rushed for the last chapter and the epilogue. This story portrays the quintessential obsessed heros who is madly in love and will do just about anything to have the heroine. Loved, loved, loved it. I hope the author writes more along these lines! 4,5/5 Stars
Thanks to Netgalley for the review copy of the book.
